Skulpturen3D creates custom 3D-printed sculptures from your photos. Contact: skulpturad@gmail.com.

Every sculpture is produced individually based on your photo and instructions. Each piece is therefore a custom-made product created specifically for you.

Prices are shown on the site in the displayed currency. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. A binding contract is formed once payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Orders typically ship within 5–7 days from order confirmation. We ship worldwide with reliable carriers. Stated times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the photos you upload and that any people depicted consent to having a sculpture made from them. We use your photos solely to produce your order.

Because each sculpture is made to your individual specifications, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive does not apply. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

If your sculpture arrives damaged or has a production defect, please email us within 14 days of delivery at skulpturad@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you on a solution — typically a replacement or refund.

Delivered sculptures are intended for personal use. Website content, photos, and Skulpturen3D branding remain our property and may not be used without our permission.

We are liable for intent and gross negligence and to the extent required by mandatory law. Liability for slight negligence is limited to typically foreseeable damages.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. The date above reflects the current version.
